Time for the Rowdy Rathore team to celebrate. After a ten-day run at theatres, the picture has finally traveled past the Rs. 100 crore mark. Starring Akshay Kumar, Sonakshi Sinha and south actor Nasser in principal roles, the picture got off to a flying start in its first weekend and raked in Rs. 48 crore. The picture made another Rs. 31 crore from Monday to Thursday and added Rs. 22 crore to its kitty over the second weekend. Actually on the Sunday of its second weekend, the picture did a business in overabundance of Rs. 10 crore.
The aggregate accumulation of Rowdy Rathore after its ten-day run at box office stands at Rs. 101 crore, which makes it a surefire blockbuster.
The film moved toward getting mixed evaluations from faultfinders but has hit home with the masses, particularly at single screen theatres.
